Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit to the Service does not infringe on the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Timeshed and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom.
